Project: Fruity's Restaurant + Store Location: 316 East 53rd Street New York City

The owner of this organic restaurant and juice bar wished to avoid the somber, earth-tone decor long associated with health-food restaurants. Thus the emphasis of this design was on bright, modern materials and an effort to bring light into the space through generous windows facing onto a garden. The front of the restaurant was designed to include a juice bar and retail space.
