We advocate a unique approach for the adaptive reuse of old or existing buildings, neither gutting a structure to its skeleton nor historically preserving the fabric of its exterior and/or interior. We search for ways to meld the new with the existing for interesting and original design solutions. With an artistic perspective, all pragmatic decisions filter through an aesthetic sensibility.
